Neutral protein. Macros are wonderful. The neutral flavor tastes like powdered milk, so think about whether it is the right one for you. Flavored with flavored ges also works well.

I buy them unflavored, they dissolve and I digest them very well, as the flavor is neturo I combine them with yogurts and I make homemade ice cream. I buy them again and again.

Las compro sin sabor, se disuelven y las digiero muy bien, al ser el sabor neturo las combino con yogures y me hago helados caseros. Las compro una y otra vez.
