Neutral flavor (no taste). It is a very good product to reach the daily protein requirements. I use it with milk and fruits (usually pineapple) and some cocoa or chocolate. It is my daily breakfast. I would improve the package, because the zip sometimes does not close well. I have to store it with tweezers or pour the contents into a glass jar.
