I take it once a day 0.5 with 100ml of water before training, on an empty stomach, with the red scoop. The taste, with water is almost not noticeable, although it leaves a strange aftertaste. The texture is powder and is a little bad from the sachet, I imagine that I will pass it to a jar or similar to not put all the paw in the bag and waste as little product as possible.
Me lo echo una vez al día 0,5 con 100ml de agua antes de los entrenos, en ayunas, con el cacito rojo. El sabor, con agua casi no se nota, aunque si deja un regustillo raro. la textura es polvo y se coge un poco mal desde el sobre, imagino que lo pasaré a un tarro o similar para no meter toda la zarpa en la bolsa y desperdiciar la menor cantidad de producto posible.
