It has a lot of protein and it's vegan too. The taste is very subtle, like cereal. I’ve tried it sweet and savory and it turns out great. When cold it doesn’t dissolve easily.

Good product for what it is. You'd have to mix it with something since it tastes strong, after trying proteins with sweeteners it’s harder for this to taste good, hahaha but if you want something healthy this is better.
