High quality protein
The flavor is very very strong, I have to add a sweetener to be able to drink it or mix it with something else, because I can't drink it in water alone. The high percentage and quality of the protein is noticeable.
El sabor es muy muy fuerte, le tengo que echar un endulzante para poder tomármelo o mezclarlo con algo más, porque solo en agua no me lo puedo tomar. Eso sí, se nota el alto porcentaje y la calidad de la proteína.

Flavor: neutral Texture: sandy Odor: rice It hardly absorbs water so it dissolves well but it is a bit sandy. Great as a vegan-vegetarian alternative. Good quality with respect to the proportion of protein provided per serving.

It doesn't dissolve very well, but in pancakes, for example, it gives a good texture and consistency. I always buy 2 kilo packs because it's cheaper. Sometimes I make half the rice measure and half the pea protein. This rice protein has no flavors.

Slight rice flavor, it does not go well with sweet flavors in my opinion, but it can be used for creams and purees. Also to make the typical supermarket rice drink but avoiding unnecessary sugars. For the price it is quite good, it gives to make liters and liters of vegetable rice drink.
