It works

Going through perimenopausal hormonal changes, one of the symptoms I have is an imbalance of sleep and appetite. With the picolinate I notice more balance in satiety throughout the day. I just need to figure out the right time to take the capsule, because I go from being a food eater to not being hungry for long periods of time, and that's not cool either.

Pasando por cambios hormonales de la perimenopausia, una de los síntomas que tengo es un desbalance de sueño y apetito. Con el picolinato noto más equilibrio en la saciedad a lo largo del día. Sólo me falta descubrir el horario correcto para tomar la cápsula, porque de devoradora de comida paso a no tener hambre por largos ratos, y eso tampoco mola.
