Great
I have problems with my gums and teeth for five years. Bleeding, pain, etc., which, having a bad mouth, affects the stomach because of the bacteria. I am very happy, it has improved my gums considerably and best of all, food no longer feels bad or heavy, I have no swelling, I go to the bathroom better. I take 2 at night after brushing (without swallowing). Good taste. I am very happy.
Tengo problemas de encías y dientes desde hace cinco años. Sangrado, dolor, etc, lo cual, tener mal la boca, afecta al estómago por las bacterias. Estoy muy contenta, me ha mejorado considerablemente las encías y lo mejor de todo, la comida ya no me sienta mal ni pesada, no tengo hinchazón, voy mejor al baño. Tomo 2 por la noche después del cepillado (sin tragar). Buen sabor. Estoy muy feliz.

Very effective
The dentist recommended me to try an oral probiotic for a type of chronic ulcers in the mouth that did not go away with treatment...the one that was recommended to me was another strain and more expensive, but I saw this one and I wanted to try it before and it solved the problem almost completely, I wish I had known that this existed before because it has improved my life a lot. I am not saying that it is the solution for everyone but if you have chronic problems with sores, ulcers, gingivitis...it is worth trying it because apparently in some people it is related to their oral microbiota and it is common in the elderly as well.
El dentista me recomendo probar un probiótico oral para un tipo de ulceras crónicas en la boca que no se iban con tratamiento...el que me recomendaron era otra cepa y más caro, pero vi este y quise probarlo antes y me solucionó el problema casi por completo, ojalá hubiese sabido que esto existía antes porque me ha mejorado la vida muchísimo. No digo que sea la solución para todo el mundo pero si tienes problemas crónicos de llagas, ulceras, gingivitis...merece la pena probarlo porque por lo visto en algunas personas esta relacionado con su microbiota oral y es algo común en ancianos también.
