Good flavor.
The truth is that the coconut caramel flavor is very successful. It contains no added sugar or palm oil and that is appreciated. It does contain sweeteners. For me it is something to consume occasionally.

I really like these bars. They are satiating, with a nice texture and not at all cloying. I take them when I don't have time to eat or as a post-workout snack. Good nutritional profile and good flavors. I will repeat for sure.
