Great taste
It came to me as a gift in an order. It was apple flavored. The actual subjective flavor was apple pie. Very good. I took it on several days, because I didn't need so many carbohydrates to recover from training. Keep an eye on it if you need it, because it has a lot of sugar and calories, which can be very useful for endurance athletes, but it is not my case.

Lo tomé en varios días, porque no necesitaba tantos hidratos para recuperarme del entrenamiento.
