As a hunger-breaker it fits, since the bar is full-bodied and gives a sense of satiety anyway, the taste, however, is to be reviewed, too sweet.

I got it for free for the purchase, it is very satiating but I didn't like the apple flavor too much. Maybe others are better.

I value the apple flavor: good presentation and texture, but sugary for my palate that is not used to it. Calorie cucumber to keep training.

Best bar I've ever eaten, with a dense texture that for me replaces any meal ideal for those mid-workout snacks or even after training to replenish energy, apple flavor nothing against it, great taste
