I take it seasonally, especially in winter. I have a vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin A is very good for the skin but keep in mind that if your skin is sensitive it can increase its sensitivity (that's my case if I take it very often) and in summer be consistent with sunscreen if you take it (I know, I'm not consistent with that either).
Lo tomo por temporadas sobre todo en invierno. Tengo déficit de vitamina D. La vitamina A es muy buena para la piel pero ten en cuenta que si tu piel es sensible puede aumentar su sensibilidad (es mi caso si lo tomo muy seguido) y en verano constancia con el protector solar si lo tomas (lo sé, yo tampoco soy constante con eso).
