Quite economical. It is true that I noticed a lot of improvement with the Amix brand but it seems that this one works just as well because I haven't noticed a drop. The best creatine at the best price. The only drawback I see is why don't they make the dispenser with the amount needed instead of bringing a large dispenser and having to fill half. If the dosage is 3.5 grams it should come in a 3.5 gram dispenser.
