So far I had always bought the vanilla flavor (I love it). I have ventured to try the Catalan cream flavor. The truth is that it is very successful. It has a very sweet and creamy flavor. I recommend mixing it with water instead of milk or skim milk (to each his own). As for the protein effectiveness, as always: very effective. Constructive criticism: It costs a little more the dissolution, although with a whisk it is solved.
Hasta la fecha siempre había adquirido el de sabor vainilla (me encanta). Me he aventurado a probar el de sabor crema catalana. La verdad es que está muy conseguido. Tiene un sabor muy dulce y cremoso.
Recomiendo mezclarlo con agua en lugar de leche o leche desnatada (ahí cada cual, sus gustos).
En cuanto a la efectividad proteica, como siempre: muy efectivo.
Critica constructiva: Cuesta un poco más la disolución, aunque con un batidor se soluciona.
