I took the chocolate one, and the chocolate with cookies. In my opinion a bit cloying, but it's personal taste because I'm not usually convinced by the taste of any supplement, and in volume stage I get saturated almost everything I take. Still, exceptional quality for a good price. I will try another flavor that suits my preferences.
Cogí la de chocolate, y la de chocolate con galletas. A mi parecer un poco empalagoso, pero es gusto personal porque no me suele convencer el sabor de ningún suplemento, y en etapa de volumen me satura casi todo lo que tomo. Dissolves well
They dissolve quite well, it's kind of sweet. What I don't like is to ingest sweeteners. Because of the damage to the intestinal bacteria. But well, two shakes a day, I don't think they do that much.
Se disuelven bastante bien, es algo dulce. Lo que no me hace mucha gracia es ingerir edulcorantes. Por el tema del daño a las bacterias intestinales. Pero bueno, dos batidos al día no creo que hagan tanto.
