Although this (whey) is not the best protein, it is good for times when you can not reach your requirements. The chocolate and peanut flavor is good and smooth, in case you are tired of the tasteless flavors. It dissolves well and without problems to digest it.

The vanilla flavor is very similar to the traditional ice cream. The chocolate and hazelnut is also very tasty, reminiscent of Ferrero. El sabor vainilla es muy parecido al del helado de toda la vida. El de chocolate y avellanas también está muy rico, recuerdo al Ferrero.
Lo que me gusta menos es el envase, a veces se rompe al abrirlo y no siempre cierra bien.
En cuanto a la efectividad pues depende del resto de tu alimentación y lo que entrenes, lógicamente.
