Very good dissolution and taste. I take it after training as a quick breakfast. I find it strange that it says "The intake of oatmeal helps reduce cholesterol because it has a high content of fiber as beta glucans that contribute to this function. In addition, it also contributes to intestinal transit" but the nutritional information does not indicate the fiber I am consuming.

Me extraña que se diga "La toma de harina de avena contribuye a reducir el colesterol ya que posee un alto contenido en fibra como beta glucanos que contribuyen a esta función. Además, también contribuye al tránsito intestinal." pero en la información nutricional no se indique la fibra que estoy consumiendo
