Good product
I bought the lemon flavor and I'm happy with it, bcaas can speed up muscle recovery, improves performance and reduces fatigue after exercise but it's never going to be better than a complete protein.

I always ask for the same flavor I'm used to, with cold water much better, you can mix it with other supplements and it's still good. For intro and post workout.

My usual amino acids
These are the amino acids that I always use as an intra-workout drink. As they include glutamine they are a little better. I usually take a scoop and consume them 4 days a week. The price is a little high, but since I don't consume them daily, they last a kilo.
