For my periods in ketosis

I combine it in the same shake with HMB and Creatine all year round, but especially in my definition stages. The blue raspberry flavor has not displeased me and the dissolution is perfect.

Extraordinary product. My flavor is Cola and it is really good. I usually combine the two doses of the day, in one I use it as an intra-workout.

These BCAAs are formulated with glutamine which I find to be an interesting combo to take as a drink between meals. Peach iced tea flavor with cold water is my recommendation.

Large proportions

I can no longer do without 12:1:1 bcaa in my workouts. I mix several scoops with a sachet of Mix in my training water bottle to flavor the water.
