Very good flavor
Until now I had always bought the capsule version, but I must say that this format has surprised me. I bought pineapple flavor and, apart from tasting very good, it dissolves very easily. I usually take it together with creatine and the effect is very noticeable when you take it pre-workout, it improves performance. In the medium term I also notice results. I recommend it.
Hasta ahora siempre había comprado la versión en cápsula, pero he de decir que este formato me ha sorprendido. Compré sabor piña y, aparte de tener muy buen sabor, se disuelve muy fácil. Suelo tomarlo junto a la creatina y se nota mucho el efecto cuando lo tomas pre-entreno, mejora el rendimiento. A medio plazo también noto resultados. Lo recomiendo.
