Sweeteners
It has sucrose and other sweeteners that are cytotoxic and genotoxic. On the other hand, more than 11 gr. of leucine per daily dose seems excessive to me, considering that to increase muscle mass you need between 5 and 10 gr. per day, I do not see the benefit in excess, on the contrary. It tastes very good, of course.
Tiene sucarlosa y otros edulcorantes que son citotóxicos y genotóxicos. Por otro lado, más de 11 gr. de leucina por dosis diaria a mi me parece excesivo, teniendo en cuenta que para aumentar masa muscular necesitas entre 5 y 10 gr al día, yo no veo el beneficio en el exceso, al contrario. De sabor muy rico, claro.
