I use it as an intra-workout when I do 15% inclined treadmill for about an hour, from 30-40min I'm sticking sips until 60-70min, mostly because it is one of the best times to take amino acids, not because it is an intra-workout itself. I recommend taking it only with water because these new flavors are very strong, the BCAA 4:1:1 Lemon is super soft, a very diluted flavor, this instead I loved it, the lemon flavor is very strong and I was surprised by the bitter touch that reminds me of the real lemon, also the fruit punch flavor is super sweet the first time I tried it I did not like it so much, but now it is in my favorites, every little sip floods your palate with sweetness. I want to try all the flavors, in my case I love sweets so I appreciate that it is so strong, if you are not sweet flavors I would recommend the BCA 4:1:1 as I said are very soft.
Lo utilizo como intra-entreno cuando hago cinta inclinada 15% durante una hora aprox, a partir de los 30-40min le voy pegando sorbos hasta los 60-70min, mas que nada porque es una de los mejores momentos para tomar aminoacidos, no porque sea un intra-entreno en si.
Recomiendo tomarlo solo con agua ya que estos nuevos sabores son muy fuertes, el BCAA 4:1:1 de Limon es super suave un sabor muy diluido, este en cambio me ha encantado, el sabor a limon es muy fuerte y encima me ha sorprendido el toque amargo que tiene recuerda al limon autentico, tambien el sabor de ponche frutas es super dulzon la primera vez que lo probe no me gusto tanto, pero ahora esta en mis favoritos, cada pequeño sorbo te inunda el paladar de dulce.
Tengo ganas de probar todos los sabores, en mi caso me encanta lo dulces por lo que agradezco que sea tan fuerte, si no eres de sabores dulces te recomendaria el BCA 4:1:1 que como he dicho son muy suaves.
