I usually take bcaa during training because it helps me drink water. I've never tried this brand before but I was very satisfied and the lemon taste is very good.

Good supplement
It is as described in the product, useful for maintaining muscle tone and reducing fatigue. I use it sometimes intra-workout and sometimes after. It is not miraculous but something is noticeable, especially in times of higher exercise load.
