Lemon flavor
I used to use unflavored Glutamine for after training and before sleeping, but I tried this one for the BCCAS, both fulfill their function but the latter with BCCAS is more complete and it is noticeable in recovery after endurance training.
Solía utilizar Glutamina sin sabor para después del entrenamiento y antes de dormir, pero probé esta por los BCCA'S, ambas cumplen su función pero esta última con BCCA'S más completa y se nota en recuperación tras entrenos de resistencia.

It is always a plus to supplement proteins with amino acids, these in particular seem to me a good option to improve performance. To me it seems a good option for price and quality.

The peach iced tea flavor is very sweet and cloying. I'll have to choose another one next time. Otherwise, it's an excellent supplement and indispensable for anyone who works out in the gym.

A superior ratio at a very good price. Good lemon flavor and good dissolution. Can be mixed with isotonic for intra workout.
