I take it along with glycine (also from HSN) and since then no joint pain problems (disclaimer, I do not take collagen supplements). I'm over 50 years old and I keep raising my MRIs. A saint's hand. As a point to improve, it would be nice if it were served in larger capacity containers (150g is too small for me, although it is true that it lasts a lot).

Mixed with flavorings or drinks that are acidic, it takes well. The dosage is complicated, since measuring 0.3g with a 0.5 scoop, given how small it is, is never going to be accurate, it would be interesting if they offered a scoop of this size. I use a micro-scoop, but convenience should be a priority.
Mezclado con saborizantes o bebidas a las que les vaya lo ácido, se toma bien. La dosificación es complicada, ya que medir 0,3g con un cacito de 0,5, dado lo pequeño que es, nunca va a ser preciso, sería interesante que ofrecieran un cacito de esta medida.
