It is a very safe option to consider to mitigate joint pain associated with osteoarthritis. The presentation is great: the powder is easily diluted in water and includes a 500 mg dispenser for easy administration. The taste is slightly bitter but when diluted in juices or infusions it is not even noticeable. Good quality/price ratio.

A good supplement for joints. I would put the measuring scoop a little larger, 1 g, as this is the recommended dose. I take it on an empty stomach before breakfast.
