Good product for joints

I usually take it together with gluscosamine sulfate to protect the joints, especially the knees that usually suffer a lot in heavy leg workouts. It dissolves very well and the taste although it is not the best does not bother much. Very good quality in relation to the price.

Suelo tomarlo junto con el sulfato de gluscosamina para proteger las articulaciones, sobre todo las rodillas que suelen sufrir mucho en los entrenos pesados de piernas. Se disuelve muy bien y el sabor aunque no sea de los mejores no molesta mucho. Muy buena calidad en relación al precio.

One of my favorite supplements

Once I finish the powder, I will definitely switch to the capsule, more practical. Anyway, MSM powder is super good value and quality. I mix it with vitamin C to boost absorption. One of my favorite supplements for joint and digestive health. My boyfriend actually had IBS and got much better with taking it after about 2-3 months.

Una vez termine el polvo, pasaré definitivamente a la cápsula, más práctica. De todas formas, el MSM en polvo tiene súper buen precio y calidad. Lo mezclo con vitamina C para potenciar la absorción. Uno de mis suplementos favoritos para salud articular y digestiva. Mi novio de hecho tenía SII y mejoró mucho con la toma tras unos 2-3 meses.

Good if you want to control the dose more precisely but capsules are more convenient. I bought it because it was out of stock in capsules.
