Since I've been taking it, I sleep my 8 hours and I feel more rested and it gives me a sleep that I fall asleep very soon. Together with melatonin and infusion to sleep it forms a perfect combination, as much or better than orfidal and without the harm of the latter.

It works better than melatonin. I take 1 pill on an empty stomach and go to sleep! It gives me deep and quality sleep every time. The only thing you should take it within 2-3 hours after the last meal.
