It is a good supplement
I especially like it because you only have to take one tablet a day, other times I have bought other turmeric supplements where the dosage was two tablets a day. I personally do not notice the effect when I am taking this supplement continuously, but I do notice it if for whatever reason I have been a few weeks without taking it.
Me gusta en especial porque solo hay que tomar un comprimido al día, otras veces he comprado otros suplementos de cúrcuma que la dosis era de dos comprimidos al día. Yo personalmente no noto el efecto cuando estoy tomando este suplemento de manera continua, pero sí que lo noto si por el motivo que sea he estado unas semanas sin tomarlo.
