Improves digestion effectively
I alternate this brand and HSN, it is very good for improving heavy digestions. The HSN formulation is more complete but this NOW formulation is not bad either.

Ibs/irritable bowel disease/dyspepsia
For me it was a miracle. I didn't have a serious problem but I did have a hard time eating certain foods because I had few digestive enzymes in my digestive system and I had dyspepsia. I took this to help my digestive system along with digestive enzymes and it really helped me a lot. With this supplement I did do my research and asked the doctor because you have to know how to take it so that it will do good and not harm you. If it is just something specific you can also take it, although digestive enzymes would also come in handy for indigestion or stomach pain if you are afraid to use betaine hcl.
Para mí un milagro. Yo no tenía un problema grave pero sí lo pasaba mal al comer ciertos alimentos al tener pocas enzimas digestivas en mi sistema digestivo y tenía dispepsia. Tomé esto para ayudar a mi sistema digestivo junto con enzimas digestivas y la verdad que me ha ayudó bastante. Con este suplemento sí que investigué bien y pregunté al médico porque hay que saber tomarlo para que haga bien y no daño. Si solo es algo puntual también se puede tomar, aunque las enzimas digestivas también vendrían bien para una indigestión o dolor estomacal si tienes temor a usar betaína hcl.
