Inexpensive and effective pre-workout
Honestly, since caffeine exists, I see no need to spend money on other pre-workouts or fat burners that are based on practically the same composition and are much more expensive. One capsule half an hour before training and I'm ready to burn the irons or burn the asphalt running. I also use half a capsule of caffeine to add to the energy gels I prepare at home and it's great.
Sinceramente, existiendo la cafeína veo innecesario gastar dinero en otros pre-entrenos o quemagrasas que están basados en una composición prácticamente igual y son bastante más caros. Una cápsula media hora antes de entrenar y a reventar los hierros o quemar el asfalto corriendo.
