Easy to take
This caffeine is great value for money and the format is very easy to take. However, it is very noticeable after the caffeine peak, I use it before training but a few hours later I need to combine it with other things to maintain energy for the rest of the day.

The idea is good but I do not know if it is the best way to take it.
The effect is noticeable on ingestion, but being 200mg per capsule in one shot, I'm not sure that the high lasts for a long time. I have noticed that I get more nervous and awake, but not for a very long time.
