Good composition
A product with a very good composition of food and nutrients, to include some more "green" in the diet. The taste, personally, I do not like it at all. From my point of view, stevia gives it a very artificial taste (like medicine). However, with orange or lemon juice it is more passable. As for the format of the container, it is very uncomfortable to take the powders. I recommend switching to another type of rigid container.
Un producto con una muy buena composición de alimentos y nutrientes, para incluir algo más de "verde" en la dieta. El sabor, personalmente, no me gusta nada. Bajo mi punto de vista la stevia le da un sabor muy artificial (a medicamento). No obstante, con zumo de naranja o limón es más pasable. En cuanto al formato del envase, es muy incómodo para coger los polvos. Recomiendo pasarlo a otro tipo de recipiente rígido.

For me it is not a substitute for eating fruit or vegetables for real food but on those days or moments in the diet when you don't feel like it, it is a way to add vegetables and much more in a very comfortable way.

I tried it because I have stomach problems and I just took it and I was fine, and it gives you great energy when you take it in the morning. It should be available in different flavors, but it is still good with juice. I will continue to take it.
