I love it

It does not help me to fall asleep (for that I use melatonin) but it does help me to sleep more effectively. I used it at the time of oppositions where previous years I had used diazepam and now I am delighted. 100% REST

A mi no me sirve para coger el sueño ( para ello uso melatonina) pero si para que el sueño sea más efectivo. Lo use en la época de oposiciones donde años anteriores había usado diazepam y ahora estoy encantada. DESCANSO 100%
