I use this supplement on a daily basis, since I do not eat meat or I eat very little of it and I find it very useful. The vitamin B12 values in my blood tests are perfect, but before taking it, it was not like that, since I did not take the cyanocobalamin, it was not absorbed correctly by the body.
Utilizo a diario este suplemento, ya que no suelo comer carne o bien la consumo en muy poca cantidad y me resulta muy útil. Los valores de vitamina B12 en mis analíticas están perfectos pero antes de tomarla no era así, ya que al no tomar la de cianocobalamina, no se absorbía correctamente por el cuerpo.
