It is a product that works for me as long as I take care of my diet and exercise. The only downside is that the capsules are huge and difficult to swallow. Perhaps the powdered option is better, but it is not as convenient to use because I, for example, take a couple of capsules with me every day to work or wherever I go that day, which is not so easy with the powders.

Es un producto que a mi me funciona siempre que cuide medianamente la alimentación y haga ejercicio. El único pero es que las cápsulas son enormes y difíciles de tragar. Tal vez sea mejor la opción en polvos, pero ya no es tan cómodo de usar pues yo, por ejemplo, me llevo cada día un par de cápsulas al trabajo o allá donde vaya ese día, cosa que con los polvos no es tan fácil.
