Better than drinking tea
It is very effective and healthy for nervous people, it has the goodness of tea and without theine. Be careful because at the beginning you can't distinguish between L-theanine and the theine in tea. Highly recommended and for me much better than drinking tea.

I use it in combination with caffeine (200mg) to avoid unwanted effects (tachycardia, nervousness...) and the effect is noticeable. Highly recommended combination.
