I read some time ago that certain antioxidants and other nutrients (among them LUTEIN and ZEAXANTIN) help improve vision. To simplify, I am not a doctor... I decided to buy them at HSN, cheaper than other companies... and I was surprised. What do I notice? 1) distance vision, e.g. when driving, sharper than without glasses! Note that it can change the prescription of your glasses (for the better).
Leí hace tiempo que ciertos antioxidantes y otros nutrientes (entre ellos LUTEINA y ZEAXANTINA) ayudan a mejorar la visión. Simplificando, no soy médico... decidí comprarlos en HSN, más barato que en otras compañías... y me ha sorprendido. En qué lo noto? 1) visión de lejos, ej: al conducir, más nítido que sin gafas !! Ojo que puede cambiar la graduación de tus gafas (a mejor)
