Helps the eyesight a little
For those who work long hours exposed to screens, it improves the symptoms of eyestrain, but do not expect miracles. I think the product has too much lutein and not enough zeaxanthin. It would be better to have 10mg of lutein and 2mg of zeaxanthin per capsule.
Para aquellas personas que trabajan muchas horas expuestas a pantallas, mejora los síntomas de vista cansada, pero tampoco esperes milagros. Yo creo que el producto tiene mucha cantidad de luteína y poca de zeaxantina. Sería mejor 10mg de luteína y 2mg de zeaxantina por cápsula.

They seem to work
I started taking it because I noticed that my eyesight was tired from the computer and cell phone, sometimes I could even see blurry and I think I also had a headache for this reason. I have been taking it for a short time, I am finishing the first bottle but I have already bought the second one to continue with the pills. I seem to have less eyestrain with the daily intake of the pills. The pills are full size and easy to take.
Empecé a tomarlo porque me notaba la vista cansada por el ordenador y el móvil, había veces que hasta veía borroso y creo que también me dolía la cabeza por éste motivo. Llevo poco tiempo tomándolo, estoy terminando el primer bote pero ya he comprado el segundo para continuar con las pastillas. Parece que tengo menos fatiga visual con el consumo diario de las pastillas. Las pastillas son de tamaño normal y son fáciles de tomar.
