I read some time ago that certain antioxidants and other nutrients (among them LUTEIN and ZEAXANTIN) help improve vision. To simplify, I am not a doctor... I decided to buy them at HSN, cheaper than other companies... and I was surprised. What do I notice? 1) distance vision, e.g. when driving, sharper than without glasses! Note that it can change the prescription of your glasses (for the better).
