I have long consumed maca in different ways, I notice it very natural even you can see in the capsule the content, very easy to digest, the dose is not very high but it goes well, good product.

It's a great way to lift my spirits

I've been taking it for quite some time, although I usually have rest periods between bottles. It is very good for me to lift my spirits in any way.

It is more expensive than powder but better, so I avoid the taste of the plant root and being pills is convenient to take.
