I use it occasionally, when I want extra vigor. I expected more. At least it doesn't weigh me down like coffee, with its side effects. Maca allows me to sleep peacefully. In terms of quality, it is inferior to Theanine, which is much more motivating.

Feminine complement
Maca is great for women's menstrual cycle, it's almost miraculous. And this bottle has the perfect daily dose. As for the energy it is supposed to give, I don't know because I didn't need it for that, but I guess so, I don't know, I feel great taking it. Only one small downside, the size of the capsules can be annoying for people who find it hard to swallow.
La maca es buenísima para el ciclo menstrual de las mujeres, es casi milagrosa. Y este bote trae la dosis diaria perfecta.
En cuanto a la energía que se supone que da, no lo sé porque no lo necesitaba para eso, pero supongo que sí, no sé yo me encuentro de maravilla tomándola.
