Regular effectiveness, needs more maca
It can give a plus of energy, but I think it is more conditioned by age and if you have small deficiencies of micronutrients that this supplement adds. Of course, the amount of maca per dose should be double. I prefer pure supplements (only maca) that do not add vitamins and minerals that I do not need.
