Great
It is an exceptional product in terms of quality-price. However, if you are not used to taking it, it can make you nauseous. It is fish oil so you can feel it in the stomach, with odorous reflux included. Except for that, highly recommended. I always repeat and I have given it as a gift to my family.
Calidad-precio es un producto excepcional. Eso sí, si no estás acostumbrado a tomarlo puede dar nauseas. Es aceite de pescado así que puedes notarlo en el estómago, con reflujo oloroso incluido. Salvo eso, muy recomendable. Yo repito siempre y lo he regalado a la familia.

Good product
I bought it for inflammation and it has been adequate, although as I take other supplements I do not know for sure what has affected more. The truth is that very good quality with IFOS for the price, I recommend it.

IFOS certificate is a plus
The IFOS certificate is the best guarantee of effectiveness and safety. I like to keep the product in the fridge and it keeps well until the last days of use (no rancidity or strong smell). The pearls are long but surprisingly easy to take. I always take it with a meal and it has never left me with fishy breath or caused reflux.

Efficiency and quality
I have been taking it for 3 weeks and I am starting to notice its anti-inflammatory power. I feel as if I have been deflated, even in the days before menstruation. On the other hand, I suffer from dry eye and I feel less discomfort and less irritation. I am delighted with this product. I will definitely repeat.

Good quantity price
It has a lot of 120 pearls and you only have to take one a day, so it lasts 4 months and therefore it is very good for the price. I find them hard to swallow so sometimes I bite it and swallow directly the oil inside, which is not bad at all. It's like the oil from a can of sardines. It has not been effective for the inflammation so far but I will repeat with a second bottle.
Trae muchas perlas 120 y solo se debe tomar una al día, así que dura 4 meses y por tanto está muy bien para el precio. A mi me cuestan de tragar así que a veces la muerdo y me trago directamente el aceite que tiene dentro, que no está para nada malo. Es como el aceite de una lata de sardinas.
De efectividad, para la inflamación no me ha servido de momento pero voy a repetir con un segundo bote.
