Apparently well
I have been taking it for two days now, I don't know if it is effective. Other times omega 3 of other brands have been good for me, being IFOS it should be better, I suppose. We'll see how it goes.
Por ahora llevo dos días tomando, si es efectivo no sé. Otras veces omega 3 de otras marcas me ha ido bien, al ser IFOS debe ser mejor se supone. Ya veremos que tal.

Excellent omega 3. In the form of triglycerides which is the best form of essential polyunsaturated fatty acids. Excellent EPA-DHA ratio . Reflux not completely absent but little discomfort
