Good daily contribution
It provides 250 mg of omega 3 DHA and 250 mg of omega 3 DLA, which is the recommended daily dose. I take one a day, and I also eat a canned (90 gr) of sardines in olive oil and low salt, 2 times a week. The capsules have no taste and are not too big. As a complement I also take HSN red rice yeast capsules. If you want to take care of your cholesterol (control the bad one), it has to be a great contribution.
Aporta 250 mg de omega 3 DHA y 250 mg de omega 3 DLA, o sea la dosis diaria recomendada. Yo me tomo una al día, y además me como una conserva (90 gr) de sardina en aceite de oliva y bajo en sal, 2 veces a la semana. Las capsulas no tienen sabor y no son demasiado grandes. En complemento tomo también capsulas de levadura de arroz rojo HSN. Si quieres cuidar tu colesterol (controlar el malo), tiene que ser un gran aporte.

I notice improvement
