Recommended 200%. Most Omega-3 supplements always end up repeating in the stomach and in the belching you notice a very strong fishy smell. With this one the truth is that everything is fine from the first day. Put the bottle in the refrigerator, especially in summer. At high temperatures, the omega-3 ends up getting a rather unpleasant rancid taste.

Recomendados 200%. La mayoría de suplementos de Omega-3 siempre acaban repitiendo en el estómago y en los eructos se nota una olor muy fuerte a pescado. Con este la verdad es que todo bien desde el primer día. Poned el bote en la nevera, especialmente en verano. Con temperaturas altas, el omega-3 acaba cogiendo un sabor rancio bastante desagradable.

I started by buying the cheapest omega 3. big mistake. always buy the IFOS certified one. This one in particular is going great and now I'm going for my second bottle.
