Omega 3 - perfect supplement
The Omega 3 fulfill their purpose: I don't take enough of them in my diet, they don't leave an unpleasant aftertaste and are easy to dose. However, they are sometimes difficult for me to swallow due to their size. Overall, I can absolutely recommend them

Great contribution of omega-3 since I am not much of a fish eater and with this I supplement it. It does not have any taste. The pearl is a little big but it does not give me any problem to ingest it.
