I started taking it because I was looking for a good quality supplement for the heart and joints. I was convinced that it is IFOS certified, which guarantees purity and concentration. After a few weeks, I noticed less stiffness in my knees and also an improvement in my concentration. It has not given me reflux or fishy taste, which happened to me with other brands.
