My nutritionist recommended it to me to keep my cholesterol under control and it does the job. It does work, but take it at breakfast, first eat a little, take the capsule and then continue eating.

Very generous and effective dosage.
The dosage allows me to take up to 5 or 6 capsules a day to reach the 2400MG of pure omega-3 (good percentage of DHA-EPA). It takes a couple of months to begin to take effect but it is noticeable when it arrives. Mentally, physically, and in the skin, hair and nails.
La dosis me permite tomar hasta 5 o 6 cápsulas al día para llegar a los 2400MG de puro omega-3 (buen porcentaje de DHA-EPA). Tarda un par de meses en empezar a hacer efecto pero se nota cuando llega. Mentalmente, físicamente, y en la piel, pelo y uñas.

Good product, but the lid could be better. The pills are poorly packed because of this detail. Otherwise, I recommend it.
