Keep you awake and take the edge off hunger
1) It helps keep you awake. In my case, I am already very awake in the mornings when I work, but with this I no longer get that heavy sleep in the late afternoon. 2) Interestingly, it also takes away the craving for food. Recently, I have re-discovered another HSN product that fulfills these 2 functions as well: the ASHWAGANDHA and, for the moment, I prefer the latter. Each one can try what works for him/her.

En mi caso, ya estoy muy despierto por las mañanas cuando trabajo, pero con esto ya no me da ese sueño pesado del final de la tarde. 2) Curiosamente, tambien quita el ansia de comer. Recientemente, he re-descubierto otro producto HSN que cumple esas 2 funciones también: el ASHWAGANDHA y, de momento, prefiero este último. Cada uno que pruebe lo que le funciona.

It gives me a plus of energy that comes in handy if I have not been able to sleep my 8 hours of sleep, and it does not give me a rebound effect of anxiety or palpitations. I use it sporadically and it works well for me.
